On the Amendment to the Liability Accident Crimes in the Sixth Amendment to Criminal Law

《刑法修正案(六)》对刑法规定的重大责任事故罪和重大劳动安全事故罪进行了修改,还增加了大型群众活动安全事故罪和不报、谎报重大安全事故罪。

The Sixth Amendment to Criminal Law not only makes some revisions to the serious liability accident crime and the serious labor safety accident crime which are stipulated in the criminal law, but also stipulates the large-scale populace activity safe- ty accident crime and not reporting, falsely reporting the serious safety accident crime.
