摘要
本文通过对厚度60 kg级50 mm厚以上调质型高强钢W DB 620钢板的3种成分设计和各成分下调质工艺对钢板力学性能影响的对比性研究;较合理地确定了调质型高强钢W DB 620钢板的成分设计和调质工艺,使该钢板在保证低焊接裂纹敏感性的前提下,仍具有良好的淬透性,各项性能指标仍能满足60 kg级水电用特厚钢板的要求,并且使该钢板的最大生产厚度达到100 mm。
In the paper, a comparative study is conducted on the effect of three types ot anatysis design and the quenching and tempering process under each type of analysis design on mechanical properties of quenched and tempered type high strength plate WDB620 with 60 kg grade and thickness over 50 mm (inclusive). Thus, analysis design and quenching and tempering process for quenched and tempered type high strength plate WDB620 are reasonably defined. Therefore good hardenability is still maintained and all performance figures can meet the requirements to the 60 kg grade extra heavy plate for hydropower station under the precondition of maintaining a low welding crack sensitivity. The maximum thickness of such plate reaches 100 mm.
