摘要 本文综述了不同研究者对于铁素体不锈钢薄板起皱原因的分析,提出了通过氮化钛处理、低过热度浇注及电磁搅拌来控制SU S430钢的凝固组织,从而达到消除起皱缺陷的目的。 The article summarizes the analysis on the cause of wrinkling in ferritic stainless steel sheets, Dy various researchers and suggests to control the solidified structure of SUS430 steel by applying TiN technology, low superheat casting and electro-magnetic stirring (EMS) so as to achieve the purpose of wrinkling elimination.
