研磨体形状的理论评价方法

摘要 研磨体作为传统球磨机的主要工作部件,对粉磨效率的影响极为敏感.研磨体形状对粉磨效率的影响早为人们所认识,迄今为止,已有许多形状的研磨体投入使用或正在开发,但没有哪一种可称为最佳,原因是目前尚未有完整系统的理论对研磨体的形状作出具体评价和分析.本文根据球磨机的工作原理,对评价研磨体形状的理论方法进行了探讨. Being the main working part of the conventional ballmill, the grinding media have an extremely sensi-tive impact upon the grinding efficiency. The impact of the grinding media shape upon the grinding efficiency has long been known. Up to now. grinding media of various shapes have been put into use or under development. How-ever, none of them can be considered as the optimum for lack of a complete and systematic theory for evaluating and analyzing the shape of grinding media. Based on the working principle of the ball mill, the theory for evaluation of the grinding media shape is approached in this article.
