摘要
野中郁次郎的经典知识转化模型SECI建立在显性知识和隐性知识分类的基础上,它讨论了一个组织通过显性知识和隐性知识之间的转化实现组织知识创新的过程。本文将外部知识与内部知识、个体知识与组织知识两种新的知识分类方法引入SECI模型,在SECI框架下探讨了外部知识与内部知识及个体知识与组织知识间的知识转化。
Lkujiro Nonaka' s classic model of knowledge conversion is built on the basis of classification of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge, and discusses how to fulfill organizational knowledge creation through mutual conversion between explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge . By introducing two new kinds of knowledge classifications about external knowledge and internal knowledge, individual knowledge and organizational knowledge into the SECI model , this article explores the conversions between external knowledge and internal knowledge, as well as individual knowledge and organizational knowledge under the framework of SECI.
