高炉喷补料抗CO气体侵蚀动力学研究

摘要 基于CO气体在耐火材料中输运过程的基本特征,在综合考虑吸附、扩散及化学反应相互影响的基础上,得出了碳沉积反应与各种反应条件之间关系的理论表达武。同时针对新开发的高炉喷补料进行了纯CO气体中的热重实验研究,结合对碳沉积动力学过程的系统分析,说明了不同步骤对表观碳沉积速度的影响特征。理论和实验研究结果表明:高炉喷补料中CO气体侵蚀的碳沉积反应依次由吸附、化学反应和扩散过程控制。 Based on the basic character of the transportation of carbon monixide in the refractories, considering the interaction among the chemical adsorption, diffusion and chemical reaction, the theoretical equation between carbon deposition reaction and various reaction conditions was obtained. Meanwhile the thermalgravity experiment of developed gunning refractories for blast furnace in pure carbon monoxide was carried out. The influence character of different steps on apparent carben deposition rate was illustrated combining with the analysis on the kinetics process of carbon deposition. The experiment results and theoretical analysis indicated that the carbon deposition of gunning refractories for blast furnace in pure carbon monoxide was rate-controlled by adsorption, chemical reaction and diffusion process respectively.
