摘要
用陶瓷膜分离技术,过滤安钢焦化厂回收车间剩余氨水中的焦油类物质。用正交实验分析方法确定刚玉陶瓷膜过滤器的最佳使用条件,包括温度、油质量浓度、流量及陶瓷膜过滤器的反冲洗时间。使过滤后的剩余氨水含油质量浓度<60 mg/L。解决了焦化污水处理过程中,因剩余氨水含油量过高而导致废水处理效果降低的问题。保证焦化污水处理设备的正常运行,改善处理效果,确保外排水质达标。
The ceramic membrane separation technique is used for filtering the coking substances from the residual ammonia water in the Recycling Workshop of the Coking Plant of Anyang Iron & Steel Co. Orthogonal experimental analysis is used for determining the best usable conditions of the jade porcelain and ceramic membrane filters, including the temperature, concentration, flow rate of the residual ammonia water, and the backwashing time of the ceramic membrane filter, in order to make the oil-bearing amount of the filtrated ammonia water get down to lower than 60 mg/L. The problems owing to a too high oil-bearing amount of residual ammonia liquid, resulting in lowering the wastewater treatment efficiency, during the process of coking wastewater treatment have been solved. It is assured that the coking wastewater treatment equipment works normally, the treatment effectiveness has been improved, and discharged water quality is up to standard.
