摘要
用不同混酸对植物标样甘蓝进行消解,并用ICP-AES法对其进行了定量分析,确定了各元素适合的样品处理方法。最后采用HNO3+HC lO4法消解样品,用ICP-AES法测定了远志、灵芝、夜交藤、酸枣仁、柏子仁、合欢皮、合欢花等7种安神类中草药中Ca、Mg、Na、Fe、Sr和Mn含量;采用HNO3+H2SO4法消解样品来测定Zn。结果表明:各元素的准确度及标准偏差较好。
The standard plant cabbage was digested by different mixed acid and was determined quantitatively by ICP -AES, then the suitable methods of digestion for different elements were confirmed. At last, digesting samples by using HNO3 + HClO4 and HNO3 + H2SO4, Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Zn,Sr,Mn in several kinds of herbal medicine that can soothe the nerves was determined by ICP- AES. The result showed that the accuracy and the rela- tive standard deviation was satisfactory.
