高效液相色谱法测定羊肝粉中磺胺类药物的残留量

Determination of residual quantity of sulpha in goat liver powder by HPLC

用高效液相色谱法同时测定羊肝粉中5种磺胺类药物残留量。样品经碱性二氯甲烷提取，浓缩，在酸性溶液中经正己烷净化后，用紫外检测器进行定量分析。方法简便、快速，检出限为0．05μg·kg^-1，方法的回收率为75％-88％。

Five sulpha in goat liver powder were determined by HPLC. The samples were abstracted and concentrated by alkaleseent methylene chloride, then analysed by UV detector following defecated by normal hexane in acid solution. The method is simple and fast. The detection limit is O. 05μg·kg^-1, the yield is 75%-88%.
