浅议工程总承包在水利水电工程中的应用

水利水电工程建设中实行工程总承包模式,不仅可以克服传统平行发包模式投资大、工期长、设计和施工单位协调困难等缺点,更为重要的是,在水利水电工程建设中推行总承包模式,有利于吸引更多的民间资金进入水利水电市场,有利于提高我国水利水电工程建设的国际竞争力。分析表明,在我国水利水电工程建设中,推行工程总承包模式是必要的,也是可行的;在我国水利水电工程总承包实施过程中,应重视建立服务于业主的工程项目管理企业和提高总承包商的风险意识。

It is indicated by analysis that it is necessary and feasible to carry out the general contracting mode in the construction of water conservancy and hydroelectricity engineering in our country; and in the course of implement of general contracting of water conservancy and hydroelectricity engineering in our country, it should be paid attention to set up the project management enterprise in the service of employer and improve the general contractor in venture consciousness.
