The complex network communication has made the Internet become the initiation source of the enterprise crisis. This paper introduces the agent application in the crisis identification and evaluation of network communication information, and then it shows its crucial role in the construction of systematic structure for the identification and evaluation of crisis information. It also analyzes the operation of subsystems in detail and puts forward an evaluating model for crisis information on Internet. It is considered that the research will improve the crisis forewarning for the network communication greatly and keep the enterprise from the crisis of network communication.
