试论对理工科大学生进行知识产权教育的几个问题

Several Issues about the Education of Intellectual Property Rights to the Sciences and Engineering University Students

通过对合肥工业大学文献检索教研室开设的知识产权系列课程15年教学实践的回顾,对理工科大学生知识产权教育课程设置的目的、组成、内容、教学方式等问题进行初步探讨,指出其目的应当以培养大学生知识产权保护意识为基本点,侧重于技术性智力成果,并重在培养大学生的专利创新能力．

Through the review of 15 years＇ teaching practice on the series of intellectual right courses set by the literature retrieves faculty of Hefei University of Technology, this paper discusses the purpose, composition, content and way of teaching of the courses to science and engineering students, and then points out that the courses have to strengthen the students＇ awareness on the intellectual property protection, focus on the technical intelligence achievement, and cultivate the students＇ innovating ability.
