摘要
介绍火力发电厂钢煤斗加仓的连续上煤技术。对于每台机组的各个煤斗,中部圆筒体相互独立排列而上部方圆节衔接形成通仓,卸料小车对通仓连续上煤。完成了方圆杂交钢煤斗的应力分析,制定了钢煤斗的制作和安装标准、煤位测量技术条件、卸料小车选型、上煤控制工艺。连续上煤系统与定点上煤系统相比具有煤位测量准确度高、输煤皮带使用寿命长、系统可靠性高和维护工作量小的特点。该技术成功应用于600MW机组的钢煤斗加仓系统建设。
The continuous discharge technology for steel coal scuttle in thermal power plants was introduced. For the coal scuttles of each unit, the middle columns were arranged individually but the top transitions were connected into a trough, into which the coal discharge dolly continuously discharges coal. Stress analysis, fabrication and installation standards of steel coal scuttle were made, in addition, the technical measurement for coal level, type selection for discharge dolly and control process of coal discharge were discussed. Compared with pointing discharge system, the continuous discharge system is of accurate measurement, longer operating life, higher reliability and less maintenance. This technology is successfully applied in the system construction of steel coal scuttle coal for 600 MW unit.
