摘要
汉川电厂一期工程旁路系统运行中高、低压旁路阀曾多次发生误开,影响到机组的安全、经济运行。通过对旁路油系统、旁路阀的控制方式及内部控制逻辑进行技术改进,特别是对汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)与旁路系统之间接口卡的逻辑进行优化,使旁路系统性能得到明显提高。改造后各旁路阀再未发生过误开,旁路系统不仅投手动运行时控制自如、安全可靠,而且还具备了投自动运行的条件。
The HP and LP valves for the Phase 1 Project of Hanchuan Power Plant have improperly opened for many times, which has impacts on the safe and economic operation of units. The performance of the bypass system has been improved remarkably by means of the technical improvement on bypass oil system, bypass valves control mode and internal control logic, especially the logic optimization of interface between DEH and bypass system. The improved bypass valves are in normal operation without any improper open, in addition, the system can be controlled freely and safely in manual, and meet the conditions to be put into automatic operation.
