依托ERP实现投资、基建到资产的全面价值链管理

随着国家电网公司对电网建设投资的不断加大,庞大的项目资金和大量的基建工程的管理对如何利用信息技术实现对资本性投资管理提出了新的课题。通过引入先进的ERP管理思想和理念,依托SAPR/3技术平台,进行业务流程优化和构建新的业务蓝图,固化流程和系统配置,集成化的信息平台会很好地对资产形成全过程进行全面的价值链管理,会使投资项目的资金流、物流、信息流“三流合一”,构造出新的项目管理运作模式,形成新的管理机制,实现了企业资源的最佳调配和运作,并大幅度提高管理的透明度和可监控性。浙江电力是一个应用的范例。

With continuous increasing investment in power grid eonstruction from the State Grid Corp., enormous project funds and management of capital construction have raised new topics on how to take advantage of IT to realize management of capital investment. By introducing advanced ERP concept and relying on the technical platform of SAP R/3, the business process was optimized, new blueprint was built, process was solidified and system was collocated. Tile integrated information platform will exercise comprehensive value chain management to the whole prot：ess of the formulation of capital, and combine the capital flow, substance flow and information flow. This will constitute a new project management mode, form new management system, realize optimum preparation and operation of enterprise resources, and improve the transparency and monitoring of management in a large scale. Zhejiang Power is just an example.
