山西古城电厂2×1000MW机组应用分室定位反吹袋式除尘器的分析 被引量:5

摘要 分室定位反吹袋式除尘器是在引进技术基础上,经过大量改进、创新而成的新型除尘设备。该设备采用了外滤、反吹、大型分室定位回转机构、滤袋相对静态工作、单板柔缘蝶形挡板阀等关键技术,解决了我国燃煤电厂煤质多变、烟气复杂工况下袋式除尘器应用的难点问题,环保、节能效果突出。国内首台300MW机组应用业绩——山西阳光发电有限责任公司4号机组的应用效果良好。介绍分室定位反吹袋式除尘器的工作原理、技术特点,分析将该除尘设备应用于山西古城电厂2×1000MW机组的优势和可行性。 Based on the introduced technologies, the locating chambered reverse blow bag-filter has been developed after lots of improvements and innovations. Several key technologies were utilized to solve the existing unstable coal quality and complicated flue gas conditions for the application of bag-filter, such as outside filtering, reverse blowing, magnified locating chambered rotation gear, relatively static filter bag and cut-off value etc.. The first application in No.4 300 MW Unit of Shanxi Yangguang Power Plant shows good performance in environment protection and energy saving. The principle and technical characteristics of this bag-filter were introduced, in addition, the advantage and feasibility of this application in 2×1000MW Units of Shanxi Gucheng Power Plant were analyzed.
