Every method has its own specialties, applicability and limitation. Based on introducing the concept and specialties of project investment, the specialties of the project investment method BOT were discussed, the reasons that use BOT to huild electric power grid were analyzed. It is pointed out the steps and futures of using BOT to develop electric power grid.
