阐述DLZ2.0新型车载液压打桩机的基本结构、工作原理、主要技术参数,研究该机采用的创新性结构———曲线导向模板机构的设计与建模,此机构从根本上解决了打桩过程中桩体的水平偏移问题。
The basic structure,working principle and main technique parameters of DLZ2. 0 hydraulic pile driver driven by vehicle are expounded. And it has made an important analysis on the design and modeling of a creative construction the equipment employs-leading curve template,which can radically solve horizontal excursion of the steel pile in the process of piling.
