摘要
基于对人体形态特征和肢体活动范围参数的探讨,定量地分析合理的操作活动范围和舒适的操作姿势;结合人机工程学以人为本的核心思想,提出了对机床操控装置规范合理的设计,使其适合人的生理特征,有效地发挥人的能动作用,为操纵者提供安全、舒适的操作环境,从而达到提高工作效率的根本目的。
Based on the discussion about the morphology of human body and the character about the range of limb movement, a quantitative analysis has concluded to the best territory and comfortable posture for the machine user. Meanwhile, intergrading with the way of human-oriented design, the key idea of ergonomics, also indicates the practicable standards for setting control devices. Applied to those standards, the design can well adapt to body morphology so that not only the operator's strength can be exerted in most but also safe and comfort condition of operation can be provided. All of these finally contribute to the efficiency of machinery operation.
