摘要
为满足质量监督部门的要求,设计常用汽车半轴的计算机控制静扭强度试验台,并详细研究半轴安装误差对破断载荷的影响。结果表明,所设计的静扭试验台安装方便、调整简单、试验快速而准确。
In order to meet the requirements of quality supervision department, a experiment fig,which is controlled by industrial computer, is designed for measuring static torque of half axle of the normal automobiles. Then, the influence of installing error on the limited load is analyzed in detailed. The results show that the experiment platform is conveniently to install the half axle, easy to adjust,and quickly and accurately to measure.
