Historic Limitation of Some Different Syndromes with the same Pulse Graph

探讨异证同脉的脉图表现及实现脉诊的客观化、规范化,并使脉诊在辨证论治中发挥更重要的作用。分析了924份滑脉脉图,结果:滑脉脉图特征是肺波小于1/2心波。滑脉脉图分为4种:脾波高于肺波,脾波等于肺波,脾波低于肺波,无脾波。不同的证有不同的滑脉脉图。说明异证同脉是一定历史阶段对脉象的宏观认识,脉图可以揭示切脉难以发现的脉象差别。

In order to realize objectivity in feeling the pulse and make feeling the pulse playing an important part in analysis of pathogenesis and planning treatment according to differentiation of syndromes ,the article analyzed 924 pulse graphs slippery pulse. The results showed that the characteristic of pulse graphs of slippery pulse is lung wave that lower than 1/2 heart wave. And the puls graph of slippery pulse is divided into 4 kinds ： spleen wave being higher than lung wave, spleen wave being equal to lung wave, spleen wave being lower than lung wave and having no spleen wave. And some different syndromes have the different pulse graph of slippery pulse. This will make pulse graph play a special part in diagnosis and analysis of pathogenesis. Pulse graph can find the difference that hand can not feel.
