补阳还五汤治疗突发性聋疗效观察

Clinical Analysis of 51 Cases Idiopathic Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss with Buyang Huanwu Decoction

观察补阳还五汤治疗突聋的疗效。用补阳还五汤治疗51例突聋患者,与对照组(丹参注射液治疗组)之间进行统计分析。结果:补阳还五汤治疗突聋51例,总有效率为75%。与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

Objective ：To assess the clinical characteristic and treatment of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Methods ：To take statistics and analysis on the medical histories of 51 eases idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Results ：51 Cases idiopathic sudden scnsorineural hearing loss with Buyang Huanwu Decoction was obtained with a whole effective rate of 75% （ 35.3% with obvious curative effect, 39. 2% with improvement） , while the differnce compared with the control group was not significant. Conclusion ： Buyang Huanwu Decoction treats idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss better curative effect and therapeutic effectiveness correlates closely with oatient＇s age and duration of illness.
