摘要
目的:建立清热化毒丸中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醉-乙腈-0.025mol/L的磷酸(29:23:48)为流动相;检测波长为280nm。结果:牛蒡苷进样量在0.794—3.968μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为95.2%,(RSD=1.4%,n=5)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重现性好,精密度高、专属性强。可用于清热化毒丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the detetmination of Arctiin in Qingrehuadu Pill. Methods:The determination was carried out by HPLC witb octodelyl silicohydrides silanes bonded silica gel as a packing material, Methanol - Acetonitrile - 0. 025mol/L phosphoric (29: 23: 48)as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 280nm. Results: Arctiin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.794 -3. 968μg ( r = 0. 9995 ) ; The average recovery of Arctiin was 95.2% ( RSD = 1.4%, n = 5 ), in the tablets. Conclusion : The method issensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Qingrehuadu Pill.
