四针八穴结合极超短波穴位照射治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Four Needles-eight Points Combined with Ultra-shortwave Irradiate Point for Treatment of Facial Paralysis

目的:观察四针八穴透刺配合极超短波穴位照射治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将面瘫的患者180例随机分为治疗组120例,对照组60例,治疗10天为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程,进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组痊愈率为55.8%,有效率91.7%,对照组痊愈率26.7%,有效率85%,两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:四针八穴透刺配合极超短波治疗面瘫有较好的疗效。

Objective ：To observe therapeutic effect of four needles -eight points combined with ultra- shortwave irradiate point therapy on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods ： 180 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into the treatment group 120 cases and the control group 60 cases. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results ：The cured rate and the total effective rate were 55.8% and 91.7% in the treatment group and 26.7% and 85% in the control group with a significant difference or a very significant difference between the two group （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion ： Four needles- eight points combined with ultra- shortwave irradiate point is the good therapy for facial paralysis
