This article takes the semioval workpiece as an example. It analyses the structure characteristics of the unsymmetrical workpiece and its problem for the forming. It also introduces the internal countermeasures that may be used for this kind of workpiece. This article introduces the main forming process and the structural features of the die, which are applied in the volume production.
