Simulation of metal stamping based on the dynamic explicit algorithm

摘要 对冲压过程仿真中采用的动态显式算法进行了阐述,利用Dynaform提供的动态显式算法,对油箱体和微电机端盖进行了冲压动态模拟,说明动态显式算法对大型冲压件或复杂冲压件冲压过程仿真的可靠性。 The dynamic explicit algorithm applied in simulation of metal forming is formulized in this paper. By means of this algorithm delivered by Dynaform software, the dynamic simulations for the stamping of the oil tank and the cover of micro-motor are carried out. It confirms that the dynamic explicit algorithm is reliable for the metal stamping simulation of large or complicated work-pieces.
