摘要 《电子政务总体框架》文件的出台,为电子政务工程进一步深化实施指明了方向,文件特别突出强调政务信息资源的交换与共享的重要作用,明确信息资源交换与共享机制建设是电子政务整体工程的重要支撑体系。
