摘要
合成了侧链悬挂苯并-12-冠-4小环冠醚功能基的接枝聚苯胺,经锂盐络合和十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂,得到新型的电子-离子混合导体.用四探针法测得其室温电导率高达10-2S/cm.采用红外光谱分析化学结构,扫描电镜观察了表面形貌.X射线衍射分析证明此种混合导体为无定形态,有利于离子导电.热分析表明它有良好的热稳定性.
Polyaniline containing benzo-12-crown-4 small cycle crown ether functional groups in side chains was synthesized. It was used to prepare a mixed electron-ion conductor by complexing with lithium salt and doping with dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid (DBSA). The conductivity of the mixed conductor was tested, using the four-probe method, and its value is as high as 10^-2 S/cm at room temperature. The designed chemical structure of product was proved by means of the FT-IR analysis. The surface morpholog of samples was studied by scanning electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that this kind of mixed conductor is an amorphous solid, which is favorable for ionic conductivity. TG shows that the thermal stability of the synthesized polymer is very good.
