The Relation between Equitability and Efficiency in the Range of Personal Income Distribution Seen in the Perspective of the CPC's Policy Adjustment of Since the Reform and Opening-Up

公平和效率之间的关系,是个人收入分配中的一个复杂问题。改革开放以来,中国共产党与时俱进,从政策上不断调整公平和效率的关系,从强调效率优先到更加注重社会公平。要正确理解中国共产党关于“更加注重社会公平”的政策调整。注重社会公平,既要反对乱许愿,又要反对不作为。

The paper illustrates that since the reform and opening-up, the CPC has strived to advance with times, and has made constant adjustment in its policies to readdress the relation between equitability and efficiency. It has moved from efficiency to social equitability with regard to its priority concerns. The paper then argues for a correct understanding of the CPC＇ s policy shift to social equitability, and to prevent from both free promises and non-commitment in this line.
