The world economic and trade will keep on increasing in 2007. Huge consumption from the world offers more goods origin and opportunity for container transport market. It is predicted that the global container trade volume will grow 10 % in 2007, almost as rapidly as 2006. The role of China Factor becomes more and more important in the world shipping market. Looking at the development trend of the global port container throughput, the container number of Chinese market still maintains the biggest compared with the ports all over the world. It is hoped that that the port container throughput of China could surpass eighty million TEU in 2006, about one fifth of the world. The fierce competition of shipping freight made liners company suffer a lot at the end of last year. They have realized that the fixed price is the key for successful operation in 2007.
