运用财政手段解决养老金缺口将涉及到财政资金的使用,财政资金的使用必将对经济运行产生一定影响。提高养老保险支出在财政支出中的比重,养老保险基金缺口由财政弥补对改善财政支出结构、强化公共财政职能都将产生重要影响。为了使养老金缺口的财政支付具备可持续性,国家必须采取一些适当的宏观经济政策,从而达到预期目标。

Many experts, scholars and research institutions including governments all put forward the opinion that the pension gap should be shouldered by the national finance in view of the serious pension gap with the enhancement of the reform of pension insurance system and the establishment and perfection of public fiscal system. To settle pension gap by fiscal method will involve the use of fiscal funds,which surely has some cer- tain influence on economic movement. This paper analyses the influence of financial bearing of pension insurance fund gap on public finance.
