摘要
选择企业文化为研究视角,阐述了物流企业人力资源管理创新的必要性,探讨了S.O.C新人力资源系统与传统人事管理的区别。在此基础上,从转变人力资源管理角色和开展团队建设两个方面分析了中国物流企业人力资源管理创新的思维和方向,进而提出了人力资源管理创新的策略与措施,即以人为本,促使员工实现自我激励,同时加强培训管理,多方面、多层次发展员工。
From the perspective of corporate culture, the necessity of human resource management innovation in logistic enterprises is illustrated and the differences between S. O. C new human resource system and the traditional one axe compared. Besides, in terms of changing the role of human resource administration and enforcing teamwork, the thought and orientation of human resource managemen( innovation in our logistic enterprises were studied. Furthermore, the tactics for human resource management innovation axe put forward, that is, focusing on human- oriented the principle, enabling employees self- inspiration and strengthening training management to promote employees' all- round developments.
