由于任何文本都是在一定的文化背景下产生的,翻译不仅仅是语言的转换,还涉及翻译文本的文化交流,译者在传达文本表层意思的同时,要兼顾深层的文化意思。提出文化与翻译是相互联系密不可分的,分析了文化对翻译的影响问题及文化翻译的策略。

Translation is not simply the transformation from one language to another;it also includes the cultural communication of context. Therefore, culture exerts great influence on the translation, because any translational context is against certain culture background, so the culture elements should not be neglected in translation. This article traces the influences of culture on translation as well as the methods of translation under the cultural background.
