摘要
针对高等院校师资队伍结构存在的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、学缘结构等几个方面问题。提出要通过高标准选聘教师,严把教师队伍的进口关;引进竞争机制,改革职务终身制;职称评审(聘任)工作标准化;加强教师在职培训等方法。达到高等院校师资师资队伍结构优化的目的。
Aiming at the problems existing in the structure of the college faculty,such as the structure of age, degree, title and learning - origin, this paper proposes that the purpose of optimizing the structure of college faculty can be realized by the way of improving the quality of teachers' appointment, strictly recruiting new teachers, introducing the competition system, reforming the life- long system of the appointment, standardizing the appointment procedure and reinforcing on- the - job teachers' training.
