摘要
本文针对钻孔压浆桩用混凝土中水泥用量大、成本高、粗集料下沉不畅等问题,采用正交设计、柱状试件模拟和统计分析方法对在原有基础上掺加砂、粉煤灰和高效减水剂的多品种混凝土进行了系统研究,研制得到满足原有施工工艺、强度、石子下沉速度及均匀分布综合要求的粉煤灰混凝土材料。
In order to overcome the drawbacks of big volume cement of cement grouting pile, several series of concrete with different volume sand. Fly ash high efficiency water-reducing admixture are studied by means of tube-shaped specimen simirlation and statistics analysis. Some optimum concrete proportions which can be satisfied the requirements of cement grouting pile are suggested.
