妊娠期糖尿病血清脂联素水平与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:1

The relationship between insulin resistance and adiponectin in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血清脂联素与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法采用稳态模型评估法(HOMA)分别评估48例GDM孕妇和40例正常糖耐量(NGT)孕妇的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);利用放免法检测2组孕妇的血清脂联素水平。结果⑴GDM组HOMA-IR显著高于NGT组(P<0.01);⑵GDM组血清脂联素水平显著低于NGT组(P<0.01);⑶多元回归分析提示IR I、孕晚期体重指数(BM I)是影响血清脂联素水平的最显著因素(P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇血清脂联素水平显著降低,其脂联素水平的改变与IR相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between adiponectin and insulin resistance(IR) in the gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Homeostasis model assessment was adopted to evaluate IR index in the GDM and the normal glucose tolerance pregnancies (NGT). Radioimmunoassay was applied to detect the serum adiponectin level in the two groups. Results (1)HOME - IR in the GDM group was significantly higher than those in the NGT ( P 〈0. 01 ). (2)the serum adiponectin level in the GDM group was significantly lower than those in the NGT( P 〈 0. 01 ). (3)The multivariate regression analysis revealed that the serum adiponectin was correlated significantly with insulin resistance and third trimester BMI ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The serum adiponectin level in the GDM decreases significantly and it is significantly negatively correlated with IR.
