p27与PCNA的表达与胃癌临床病理的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胃癌中p27蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达与临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测79例胃石蜡标本中p27蛋白、PCNA表达情况。结果p27蛋白的阳性表达随着肿瘤的分化程度降低、恶性程度的增高和浸润深度的加深,其表达的阳性率逐渐降低,而PCNA的表达则相反。结论p27蛋白、PCNA的检测可作为判断胃癌恶性程度、预测肿瘤转移和预后的参考指标。
