摘要
本文介绍高碳粉煤灰代替粘土生产水泥的试验,提出了生产操作的主要方法和水泥生料、熟料的配料方案。研究结果表明,采用这种燃烧技术,可以配制煅烧62.0MPa以上的优质水泥熟料,减少配煤20%以上,具有显著的经济价值和社会意义。
The tests are made to produce the cement with high carbon fly ash instead of clay,and the main technology and cement proportioning options are presented in this article.The tests show that,with this technology,the fine cement clinker over 62.0 Mpa can be produced and over 20%coal can be saved.This technology can bring about remarkable economic and social benefits.
