摘要
研究了新型SiC复合陶瓷的冲蚀行为,并与45碳钢、铸钢和Al_2O_3陶瓷进行了比较.结果表明:45碳钢、铸钢和冲蚀率大都在0.13~0.26 mg/g范围内随着攻角变化,最大值分别出现在15°、30°、90°攻角,具有典型韧、脆性材料的特点;新型SiC复合陶瓷的抗冲蚀性能优越,特别是其冲蚀率几乎不随攻角变化(冲蚀率大约为0.025 mg/g,速度影响因子为1.3~1.8).新型SiC复合陶瓷中软硬相的有效配合、凹凸不平的损伤表面、多粒度的多晶型SiC紧密结合和细小SiC颗粒的弥散强化对其优异抗冲蚀性能均起着重要的作用.
The erosion behavior of a new SiC reinforced ceramic had been investigated by sand-blast test, as comparison with 1045 carbon steel, cast steel and Al2O3 ceramic. The results show that carbon steel, cast steel and Al2O3 ceramic reveal normal ductile/brittle erosion behavior with maximum erosion rate at 15°, 30° and 90° impingement angles respectively and variation in the range of 0.13-0.26 mg/g. Erosion resistance of the SiC reinforced ceramic are super excelled to that of the others, especially, its erosion rates are scarcely changed at various impingement angles, all about 0.025 mg/g and its velocity index as 1.3-1.8. The outstanding performance on erosion resistant of the new SiC reinforced ceramic comes from the effect, such as valid match of soft/hard phase, irregularity of damage surface, tight cohesion among variant granularity particles of multi-crystal type SiC, dispersion strengthening by fine SiC particles.
