民航飞行人员骨代谢生化指标的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解高空飞行人员的骨代谢情况,探讨航空环境因素对飞行人员骨代谢的影响。方法随机选择某航空公司134名(男性,20~60岁,平均年龄33.6±7.3岁)健康飞行人员和37名[男性,20~60岁,平均年龄(32.4±11.2)岁]当地健康地面对照人员,按照年龄分成3组:20-岁年龄组,30-岁年龄组,40岁及以上年龄组,分别采用放射免疫分析法测定血清骨钙素(Bone Glaprotein,BGP)水平,采用酶联免疫分析法测定血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(Bone specific alkaline phosphatase,BALP),其结果进行组间比较t检验;用单因素方差分析的方法统计飞行人员的年均飞行时间。结果飞行人员BGP水平和BALP水平均低于对照组;飞行人员BGP水平在20~和30~年龄组均降低,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01),40~年龄组BGP水平稍高于对照组,但没有统计学意义(P〉0.05);飞行人员BALP水平在20~岁和30~年龄组均降低,与对照组比较均呈显著性差异(P〈0.01),40~年龄组BALP水平稍高于对照组,但没有统计学意义(P〉0.05),飞行人员不同年龄组之间的年均飞行时间分布有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论航空复杂的环境因素影响飞行人员的骨代谢水平。 Objective To explore the effects of aeronautical environmental factors on bone metabolism, and to investigate the biochemical markers of bone metabolism in airerew members of civil aviation. Methods Totally, 134 healthy male airerew members of civil aviation (aged 20 - 60 years,the mean age 33.6±7.3 years) and 34 healthy male controls ( aged 20 - 60 years, the mean age 32.4 ± 11.2 years) were randomly selected and were divided into three different age groups (20 -, 30- , and 40- years old). Bone glaprotein(BGP) was measured with radioimmunoassay and bone specific alkaline phosphates (BALP) was measured with enzyme-linked immunoassay. The results were analyzed with t-test. The average flight hours of all airerew members were analyzed with ANOVA. Results Both BGP and BALP levels were lower in the airerew members compared with the controls and were significantly lower in the age group of 20 - and 30- than the counterpart in the control group, respectively (P 〈 0.01), while no statistical difference was found between the two groups aged over 40 (P 〉 0.05). Statistical difference was shown in the average flight hours among the different age groups in aircrew members (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The aeronautical environmental factors may affect the bone metabolism in airerew members of civil aviation.
