高频超声在治疗急性心肌梗死中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:旨在评价药物溶栓加体外超声助溶治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法:59例急性心肌梗死患者在常规药物治疗的基础上,加用北京东健电子科技发展公司生产的SUT-C-Ⅲ型高频超声心血管病治疗仪给予体外超声助溶治疗,自动心超探头同时安置于心超第Ⅰ区和心超第Ⅱ区,超声频率800kC/s,脉冲移动式,声强0.75~1.25W/cm^2,初始药物溶栓时助溶60~90min,以后每日一次。每次30min,以7~10d为一疗程。结果;体外超声治疗组的冠脉再通率(77.9%),平均再通时间[(57±13)min],与对照组的冠脉再通率(63.93%),平均再通时间E(78±16)min]差异有极显著性(P〈0.01)。同时能减少死亡率和再梗死率,明显地改善左心室功能;与对照组相比无特殊的不良反应。结论:在药物溶栓的基础上加体外超声助溶治疗急性心肌梗死临床疗效显著,操作简单,安全无刨,值得推广。
