外源性透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎

The Treatment of Knee Osseous Arthritis with Extraneous Source Hyaluric Acid Sodium

目的：观察透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效．方法。对70例82侧膝骨性关节炎患者关节腔内注射透明质酸钠，每周1支，5支为1个疗程．结果。随访3～4月，70例患者中疗效优42R（60．0％）、良20例（28．6％）、可6例（8．6％）、差2例（2．8％）．优良率88．6％，有效率97．2％．未有明显毒副作用，且患者病情越轻，透明质酸钠治疗见效越早，疗效也越好．结论：透明质酸钠注射液关节腔内注射能有效地缓解关节疼痛，肿胀与改善关节功能。是治疗膝骨性关节炎的一种安全有效的方法．

Objective.To observe the effect of injection of hyaluric acid sodium into knee joint cavity on knee osseous arthritis. Methods. Injection of hyaluric acid sodium performed in 82 sides of 70 patients with knees osseous arthritis, once a week for 5 weeks. Results： After 3-4 month treatment the superior rate was 60.0% （42 examples）, the good 28. 6%, moderate 8. 6%, and failed 2.8%. The superior and good rate was 88. 6%, the effectiveness was 97.2%. No appeared side effect was observed. The lighter symptoms and the earlier treating,the more effects the drug showed. Conclusion： Injection of transparency sour sodium inoculation fluid into joint cavity could effectively alleviate pain and swelling of joint with improvement function. It may be a safe and effective method for treatment of knee osseous arthritis.
