苏北地区既有公共建筑节能改造技术研究

Study on Energy-Saving Improvement to Existing Public Buildings in North Jiangsu Area

以苏北地区既有公共建筑为研究对象,在借鉴国外建筑节能成功经验的基础上,对围护结构中的外墙保温、节能门窗、屋面、地面和建筑设备中的暖通空调、照明、动力方面进行了分析,提出了适合本地区气候条件的既有公共建筑节能改造技术思路,为苏北地区既有公共建筑改造工程设计和实施提供了参考.

The existing public buildings in north Jiangsu area are taken as the object of study. On the basis of drawing on the successful experiences of energy-saving building abroad, this paper carries out analyes of the exterior-wall thermal instulation, energy-saving door and window, roofing and floor in the exterior-protected construction and of the heating and air conditioning, lighting and motive power in the construction facilities. The authors advance the technological concept of energy-saving improvement suited to this area＇s weather conditions to the existing public buildings, which presents references for the engineering design and implementation of the improvement in north Jiangsu area.
