The shift-down of the focus on student Party members＂ recruitment is the requirements for ensuring the effective dovetailing of the Party building, adhering to the organizational principle of ＂recruiting every one that is qualified＂ and displaying the demonstrative and infectious functions of the Party members. To make a success of the work, it is necessary for us to change the traditional ideas, take the practicable implement approaches and strengthen the continuing education for the probationary Party members.
