血铅浓度测定方法较多,但在方法学上对其比较的较少,本文通过对目前常用的三种测定方法进行方法学比较,得出微分电位溶出(DPSA)法是目前血铅测定最好的方法,它具有标本用量少、操作简便、使用安全、精密度高、准确度好等优点。

There exist many different methods of determine lead in blood, which are less method- ologically compared. The thesis compares three common methods, then concludes that DPSA is the best one with the characters of low Specimen need, simple operation, security, high exactitude and accuracy.
