谈高职院校数学课堂分层教学策略

摘要 高职院校学生数学水平客观上存在差异,数学教学中按照学生的知识水平及学习能力将学生分为A、B、C三个不同的层次,针对不同层次的学生提出切合学生实际、适合学生发展的教学目标,在教学中设计梯度教学方案,创造条件让所有学生都参与教学活动,使不同层次的学生在数学分层教学活动中各得其所、各展所长,达到“不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”之目的。 Higher Vocational College students' mathematics level is different. Generally, according to their level of mathematical knowledge and learning ability, the students can be divided in to three different levels. That is A,B and C.In accordance with that we can have a teaching aim suitable to their practice and development. Then we can design different level teaching Scheme and create good atmosphere in the teaching, so that all the students of different level can participate the teaching activity, to show us their advantages, then at last we can attain the goal that different student can get different development in his mathematics in the different teaching activity of mathematics.
