摘要
本文以原硅酸四乙酯Si(OC_2H_5)_4,五水硝酸锆Zr(NO_3)_4·5H_2O为基础原料,以无水乙醇(C_2H_5OH)为溶剂,以盐酸水溶液为催化剂,利用Si(OC_2H_5)_4的水解和硝酸锆的溶解制备SiO_2和7ZrO_2·93SiO_2纤维凝胶,并将其在不同温度下进行热处理,得到SiO_2和7ZrO_2·93SiO_2玻璃纤维.测定了SiO_2和7ZrO_2·93SiO_2溶液的粘度变化,并将热处理后的凝胶纤维与玻璃纤维进行了红外光谱、X—ray衍射和抗碱性能的测定.对一些实验现象进行了初步分析.
SiO2 and 7ZrO2·93SiO2 fiber gels were prepared by hydrolisis reaction of Si(OC2H5)4 and solution of Zr(NO3)1·3H2O. Si(OC2H5)4 and Zr(NO3)4 ·3H2O were used as basic materials, absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent and ageous solution of HC1 as catalytic agent. Glass fibres of SiO2 and 7ZrO2· 93SiO3 were obtained by treating the fiber gels at different temperatures. Viscosities of SiO2 and 7Zro3·93SiO2 solutions were measured. Fiber gels treated at different temperatures and glass fibres obtained ware also measured by IR-spectrum and X-ray diffraction togather with their alkali resistances. Some experimental phenomene were analyzed.
