The development of vegetable bamboo industry is one of the best examply of the construction Linan City, Zhejiang province as ＂the famous ecology city, the powerful economy city＂. This paper elaborates the effective ways that the city has taken to increase farmers＇ incomes and make local economy prospering by paying attention to character and stabilizing the vegetable bamboo industry with market cultivation and enterprises leadership in rual economic development as the breach.
