摘要
采用自行设计的金属型模具、独特的浇铸补缩排气系统、特殊的熔炼工艺以及有效的强制水冷措施等先进的铸造工艺,成功地研制出了合金铸铁光谱分析用标准物质。经国内7家具有丰富的标准物质分析经验单位用规定的分析方法进行了协作分析,表明该标准物质的均匀性、成线性、分析精度等均达到了国际同类标准物质的先进水平。经抽样解剖并观察其金相组织表明,该标准物质组织致密、白口化程度良好。该标准物质适用于各种合金铸铁的生产检验。
A set of alloy cast iron standard materials for spectral analysis has been successfully developed by adopting an advanced process including the design of special mould, casting system, melting technique and effective water cooling equipment. The uniformity,linearity, analysis accuracy,etc, of the standard materials have reached the advanced level of similar standard meterials internationally based on the test results from the famous 7 laboratories using the standard methods in China. The optical microscopy observation shows that the standard materials have dense microstructures and absolute-white properties. The standard materials could be used to the analysis of various alloy cast iron in production.
