摘要
对常见的几种轻烃回收流程进行了分析和比较,提出应根据不同的要求(如对回收产品的要求),合理设计轻烃回收流程。对于老装置加工进口原油比例不是特别高的情况,可以采用将初顶和常顶气体用压缩机升压送至催化裂化装置的最简单方法,或在初馏塔设备设计压力允许的情况下,用初馏塔升压的方法代替采用压缩机升压的方法,将初顶气体送到催化裂化装置的气压机入口。对新建的单加工进口原油的常减压蒸馏装置,如果原油中轻烃含量较高,应设单独的轻烃回收设施,其流程应根据对回收产品的要求来调整。
Analysis and comparison has been made on the process flow of light hydrocarbon recovery, and it is proposed that the light hydrocarbon recovery process flow should be reasonably designed according to different requirements (such as the requirement for the product recovery).For the old refinery which doesn't process very high proportion of imported crude oil, the simplest way which can be used is to boost the primary overhead gas and atmospheric overhead gas with compressor and pump them to catalytic cracker, or, if it's allowed by the primary tower design pressure, primary tower boosting can be applied in stead of compressor boosting, sending the primary overhead gas to the suction of the air compressor of the catalytic cracker. For the new atmospheric distillation unit which only processes imported crude oil, a separate light hydrocarbon recovery system is to be setup, and it's process flow should be adjusted according to the requirement for the product recovery.
